LuxR driven by constitutive promoter
JUMP compatible LuxR transcriptional unit with constitute promoter. We used J23100 promoter from Anderson's collection, BCD12 Ribosome binding site and B0015 terminator. This part can be assembled with other components of the quorum sensing circuit into a single pJUMP2 plasmid by Golden gate assembly.
